Air was out. Came out quickly on Sunday. Very precise. Paul Parker was very thorough as was steve. Great teamwork. Cleaned up all mess. Highly recommend

Heating tune up in Woodstock. Tested operation of 2 furnaces. Discovered both systems with dirty blower wheels and ductwork. Both furnaces have weak blower motor controllers. Upstairs system thermostat is outdated but still functional. System has no water safety to protect against flooding in the attic due to common drain line clogs. Both systems would greatly benefit from ultraviolet light systems to combat organic and viral growth in systems and throughout the home. Systems are 15 years old and will need to be replaced soon. Both systems heating at this time

Complete 1 system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Comfort club renewal. Replaced filter, checked electrical and safety switches all ok at this time. System is heating normal

Warranty. Came to check on the system. Owner stated system was short cycling and tripped the breaker. Tested and everything is working normally. Checked the wiring diagram for an outside system and notice compressor saver is an optional part from the manufacture. Installed compressor saver and surge protection for the outdoor system. The system is cooling at this time

Complete a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Replaced filter, cleared drain and chemically clean condenser coil. The system needs compressor saver and surge protector for equipment to extend life of the system. System is cooling normally.
