Complete cooling tune up inspection special in Tucker. Change 14x25x1 filter, check safety and operations. Check and find 3 year old Goodman air conditioning system operating with in manufacturer spec. Suggest in-line water protection for system in closet, suggest surge protection for outdoor unit and starter kit to improve start up. Suggest pureAireX air purifier system.
Complete heating tune up special inspection in Tucker. Replace filter, check safety and operations. Find 7 year old Lennox gas furnace operating with weak flame sensor, need keep check. Find ac unit operating with in manufacturer spec.
Heating inspection Tucker. Completed inspection. Found 12 year old unit with many issues. Inducer motor is failing. Capacitor is very weak. Flame sensor is corroding. Blower wheel is very dirty. No filter rack installed. No water safety installed. Heat exchanger and evap coil. Very rusted and corroded. Ductwork is not ran efficiently. Flu pipe is out of code. Needs double wall flu pipe. System needs to be replaced due to cost of repair and quality of furnace air flow and AC.
Renew comfort control maintenance plan in Tucker. Complete heating maintenance. Did not change filter. Check safety and operations. Find gas furnace operating with in manufacturer spec. Flame sensor getting weak and may need to replace next heating visit. Install pureAireX air purifier system and replace disconnect box for out unit. Test and system operating at this time.
No cool for 4 year old Amana air conditioning system in tucker. Check and find line set bass valve damage and leaking charge. Replace 3/8 and 3/4 bass valve. Recharge system to manufacturer spec and install hard start kit for compressor. System operating at this time.
Water leak, check and find ac unit not leaking water, find water leaking bathtubs above duct system leaking. Customer need to get plumber to inspect and repair water leak. Complete ac tune up inspection for customer. Change filter 14x25x1 and check drains. Find 15 year old Trane system operating with worn/damage capacitor, pitted contactor and missing Trane starter kit per manufacturer spec. Find fan motor worn and loosing oil. Find inside system operating with no water protection, not secondary drain pan and flue pipe for furnace rusted and not up to code. Give customer estimate to repair system. Due to system age and worn conditions, suggest to upgrade system. System operating, customer declined suggestion at this time.
Arrived on site, re built drain line and insulated suction line better. No other issues present at this time
Warranty, Water leak. Found connections on condensate drain line not glued properly. Glued drain connections and ran system to make sure that there werenâ€™t any more leaks. Unit is operating normally at this time

Complete 1 system a/c repair and preventative maintenance check. Dehumidifier in basement not operating. Check and find compressor fail. Repair compressor on June 21 but repair did not last. Need to replace dehumidifier.

Replace capacitor for the blower motor and install starter for the compressor. System operating at this time. Told customer if system fails again will need to replace dehumidifier.

Find inducer assembly worn and leaking seal, system very dirty, blower assembly worn and wheel clogged with dirts, System have not water protection and no drain pan. System missing filter system and have no filter rack. Find evaporator coil not size correctly with furnace and restricting air flow. Find ac unit 9 year old, under size for house. Electrical disconnect box rusted and damage. Line insulation damage and breaking. Capacitor weak and missing starter kit. System low on charge and not cooling house properly. Due to system age, miss match system, not size properly for house and system not clean. Need to upgrade system and duct cleaning.

Completed one system furnace repair and preventative maintenance check. Changed filter. Dusted out and wiped down furnace cabinet. Cleared barometric tubing. Cleaned inducer port and pressure switch port. Tested mechanical and electrical components and found no issues. Performed combustion analysis and found good co and oxygen levels. Recommend secondary water safety to protect furnace from water damage in the event of a backed up drain line. Recommend apco air purifier to kill and prevent bacteria, germs, viruses and volatile organic compounds. The system is heating normally at this time.
