James had to do several things, which took most of the afternoon, to find the problem with our system. We will need a new one, but James' attitude was great! Thank you!

Jon served my house in Buford. He is not just a service guy but more like a little brother I see twice a year. Now in Oakwood he has been here twice. I never have to worry about having a stranger in my house. Because he is so personal. We have over the years gotten to know each other, very important to me. You don't have to show me what he looks like, I know. Trust is also important to me Comfort Control has it. And they send me a tech that I know and trust is a big deal. Don't blow wind up my skirt to sell something. If he says it needs to be fixed or replaced I respect that and so confident I get it done..
Excellet Service

Moved this year. Had a contract with Comfort Control at my last house. So glad to have them on my team again. Heating and air conditioning are a must. Failure is not an option. I am to old or spoiled to put up with that. With their service I have one less thing to worry about. It is bad enough that my thermostat is not working well. But the one in my house does.
By tran is great

These guys are great. One of them even took off his shoes before entering our house and not because we asked him. He did it on his own. I know it was probably hard to put them on take them off. I really like these guys. I would definitely use them again. Great job guys.
Great Service
