I want to say first that I like Ta Kim. In fact I want him back in the fall. He was very informative not pushy. I will admit, I was reluctant with all the gimmicks out there. but I trusted his opinion. No, I wasn't excited about the cost but he explained why it was a good way to go. some just to check points but he fully serviced, took his time, and didn't rush it and answered all ?'s

So, first, I found over 500 positive reviews online so that was the first thing that caught my eye. The second thing was that they are family owned and operated. When I called to book an evaluation/estimate the office person was very polite and said she had someone available at noon to come out and evaluate our system. Less than 5 minuets after that call I got a text confirming the appointment. At 10:50 I got a text from Reece saying he was ahead of schedule and could start at 11am. While he was driving to our house I received a text with a pic of Reece and a bio, and a youtube channel with a bunch of customers talking about their experiences with Comfort Control and Reece in particular. Nice touch. I felt like I knew him by the time he arrived. Reece and Todd both did a great job listening to our concerns and evaluating our situation. Then they offered the best solutions for our system with detailed explanations of what each component would do for us. Reece gave us a cost estimate before the work was done, with a couple of options. Once we chose the direction they immediately went to work. They even found a few minor problems not discussed initially and fixed those as well. They worked until 8pm so they could finish the job in one day. These guys have a great work ethic, and are very polite and respectful, and they know what they’re talking about. They didn’t try to sell me unnecessary goods or services. When they were done they showed me the various repairs and cleaning they did to revise our system. I can tell immediately that we have better airflow – even on the opposite side of the house. I highly recommend Comfort Control – class act.

Promises not kept. Broke minor items and did not tell. Did not clean dust from drilling/cutting. Left about 6 screws scattered around basement. Did not ask that I remove items from under steps before they blocked them by install. Problems with condensate pump due to improperly placed tube that I had to fix.

I am sorry you did not get the wow service you deserve. I did talk to both technicians and they said that you actually helped them move some items. We don't typically ask customers to do any work for us that we can easily take care of for you. Not sure what happened with the new drain tubing but I can certainly have someone come out and look at the job to ensure proper installation.

No cool Loganville. Arrived on site, found system not operating. Found blown fuse on furnace board and a section of control wire going to outdoor unit that had been rubbed through. Replaced wire and fuse. Tested system, unit is operating normally at this time

No cool. Check and find 12 year old system freeing at evaporator in attic. Find system low on charge but did not detect leak at this time. Find evaporator coil rusted and missing in-line water protection. Find ac unit missing hard start kit to improve start up and reduce load. Customer only want to recharge system for now. System operating at this time. Need to call customer collect for repair today visit.

I arrived on site to preform a one system tuneup. Indoor; changed filter (clogged) and cleared drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found a concerning amount of mold in the system, evaporator coil is dirty and unit has a clogged blower wheal and blower capacitor is reading low. Outside; checked refrigerant pressures, electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. System is quite low on refrigerant and the contactor is burnt and pitted. System is running, but not properly cooling.

Recharge system, clean ac coil and clean evaporator coil and kills and remove molds at Airhandler. Check drain and system operating at this time. Will need to double on system in fall visit. Will need to look at starter kit and air purifier system.

Ac unit contactor pitted and worn and need to replace. Upstairs system operating at this time, downstairs not operating within manufacturer spec.

Find system operating within manufacturer spec. Find the basement Airhandler and Heatpump system operating normal. Replace plastic at the evaporator coil with brass cap.
