Brian came promptly to my home and he gave me a courtesy call before he came. He had to diagnose where the source of the air flow to a certain vent in my basement . He methodically looked at what needed to be done giving the circumstances that particular vent is in a finished part with sheet rock. He had explained everything to me and showed me that he was unable to rectify the issue without cutting into the Sheet Rock. I decided to leave everything as is and my system still functioned well. Brian left his work site clean, he followed CDC guidance and he was polite. I would recommend Brian to provide service to anyone because his approach to rectifying a problem was through, methodical and with high quality.
