From time of first call, to our completed service time, was less than a week!
Homeowner stated that his system is low on 410a every year. Only wanted recharge. Recharged system. System cooling at this time
No cool. Homeowner stated that compressor was having a hard time starting. Checked all components and all tested within normal manufacturing spec. Discovered outdoor coil extremely clogged. Signed up for maintenance membership and performed maintenance. Recommended compressor saver hard start kit to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the system. Homeowner declined compressor saver. System operation normal at this time
Discovered failed secondary controller in downstairs ac. Replaced controller under parts only warranty, installed compressor saver hard start kit to reduce stress on compressor and reduce energy consumption on start up which will extend the life of the system, also installed surge protection for unit. System cooling at this time
On site found thermostat to not detect power. Checked system, wires and pin connector. System has 24 volts thermostat does not have a common wire thermostat showing weak battery. Recommend to add common wire kit. System operating and cooling at this time. Client paying for common wire kit today 8.12.20 will need to order kit and schedule to come back out and install.
On site found evaporator coil incased in ice thawed coil. Checked system found low refrigerant charge performed leak search. Found evaporator to have leak. Will call and order evaporator coil will have to reschedule to come back and replace evaporator coil.
Found install manual inside blower wheel. Removed it and noise went away. Need to send installers back to make adjustments to system.
System static pressure fluttering most likely damper old damper loose. Systems needs update zoning with bypass installed. 4 ton system has no bypass which will greatly decrease the life of the fan motor. Homeowner will call us
Completed install of 2 zone dampers for living room and kitchen areas.
On site found compressor to have a short recommend to replace system. System is from 02 with r22 refrigerant.
Zone dampers for bedroom and living room and kitchen have failed. Need to replace both dampers. Parts ordered will return Wednesday to replace.
Completed cooling tune up on basement system. Changed filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components. System is from 1998. System runs on r22 which is a refrigerant that has been phased out by the epa. Evaporator coil is in good condition with no rust or corrosion. No mold is currently present inside system. Found blower capacitor to be weak (5uf). Recommend overflow protection switch to protect furnace from potential water damage. Found dual capacitor to be weak (35/3 uf). System has no hard start kit. Recommend adding on to take a load off of compressor so compressor starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. System has no surge protection, recommend adding on to protect equipment from power surges. Chemically washed condenser coil. System is cooling at this time. Sign 2 CCI plan and complete 2 cooling pm check. Replace upstairs filter and not basement filter. Check drain and clean ac coil. Find both 5 year old Lennox operating with in manufacturer spec. Suggest hard start kit for both system and surge protection for outdoor unit.

System completely frozen over. Turned heat on to thaw system out. Discovered system low on charge. Recharged system. Garrett scheduled for the 8-10 for replacement options

Upstairs system has weak blower motor controller and is slightly low on refrigerant. Performed repairs for upstairs system only. Systems cooling at this time
Arrived on site, found outdoor unit off on high pressure, found bad duel run capacitor and fan motor. Replaced under parts warranty. Tested system, unit is operating normally at this time

Arrived on site to preform a two system maintenance Indoor; checked filter and cleared drain line. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found a concerning amount of organic growth in the Airhandler, no water safety and capacitor reading low. Outdoor, cleaned condenser and checked refrigerant pressures. Checked electrical connections, amp draw and capacitance. Found contactor burnt and pitted and capacitor reading low. Unit is operating but with concerns. Recommend replacing equipment due to age and condition.
Found system cooling properly on arrival. Capacitor is good. Motor is good amps are good.
No cool. Found bad breaker and condenser fan motor. Due to age and condition of system, recommended replacing system. Customer just wants repairs for now. Replaced outdoor breaker and condenser fan motor. System is cooling at this time.
