Ricky spent a lot of time checking out the unit in the very hot attic..Said the filter was in serious need if changing..& actually had the correct size filter on his truck.( which was always a problem in the past) ..He was great .Spent time going over the newer unit in the basement installed 21/2 yrs ago that always had cold air leaking out due to a bad install .. The mechanical room is as cold as a meat locker & the temp is set at 78 for that area & the entire basement reads 72. He took time to cover leaking areas to keep the cold air from escaping..Hopefully that will help the first floor that remains 4 degrees hotter than it’s setting..that is on that system..Ricky was informative, hard working & extremely pleasant..Excellent worker !!! Only negative : Office communication needs work..extremely frustrating Which I generously gave an average..I think they just had a bad week…

The air conditioner stopped working last night. Made a service call the next morning and got a time for later during the day. The tech quickly found that the condenser unit’s contactor was shorted out due to a mouse getting into the control box.

Jordan was very knowledgeable on hvac systems. Not only did he explain how the system works and what he can do to fix it. He also walked me through what the exact problem was. Unlike other companies where you have to wait days for a part. Jordan was able to get the part in less then 24 hours and help my hot wife get cool ;). Again Jordan and comfort control will always be my go to hvac company.

Repaired an air conditioning system for a client. Inspected the system and discovered that there were blown fuses on the unit. Replaced the fuses, coils and cleaned the condensate drain. The system is now operating as it should.

A/c diagnostic in flowery branch, upon arrival I found emergency pan filled with water, condensate pump was dirty and clogged, flush drain line and cleaned condensate pump. System came back ON. System is cooling at this time. Outdoor refrigerant pressures are good.

Tune up flowery branch. Did a leak search on evaporator coil. Did not find any leaks. Blower wheel needs to be cleaned. Indoor capacitor needs to be changed. Condensate pan needs to be replaced. No water safety. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Pressures on system are good. System is cooling at this time.

A/c diagnostic Flowery Branch: we inspected system and diagnosed a faulty capacitor on the condenser. Replaced capacitor on condenser and checked the remainder of the complete system. All other aspects of the system are functioning properly and cooling well.

A/c diagnostic in Flowery Branch, unit located in the basement. found emergency pan filled with water, checked evaporator coil, coil is really dirty and rusted, also found a leak on the bottom left side. Evaporator coil has a metal drain pan that is rusted. Blower wheel is really dirty, unit is old R22. Condensate drain tubing is old and needs to be replaced.

No cool flowery branch. Customer called due inadequate cooling and said the line going from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit was frozen. Coil was thawed out when I got here so I did a leak search on the evaporator coil and found a leak. Recommend replacing the coil. Indoor capacitor is within range. Blower wheel is clean. Drain line is clear. Changed filter. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Compressor is still good. Pressures are low due to leaking evaporator coil.

Need to rebuild the supply plenum for the upstairs system. When doing so we need the correct the duct placement on the plenum. Each run will have manual dampers. The longer runs will be placed closer to the top while the shorter runs closer to the bottom. ALL connections need to be sealed completely. Once ducting is corrected, I will make setting and refrigerant adjustments. Need to schedule a carpenter to address the attic stairs. They are offset and the molding needs to be replaced or corrected and painted.

Outdoor system is reading error code “open start circuitâ€, checked run capacitor and run capacitor has failed. Replaced fun capacitor and system started properly. Let system run for 30 minutes with no fault.
