Heating & Air Conditioning Service FAQs
Some ways you can keep the air in your Dacula house clean include:
- Ventilate regularly - Often our goal is to seal our homes up tight so that temperature controlled air cannot escape. Unfortunately that means contaminants and other undesirables are trapped inside as well. Open up your doors and windows often to air out your home.
- Avoid products with VOCs and fragrances - Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are found in paints and cleaners and fragrances are found in all sorts of products we use around the house. These items can increase the number of chemicals found in the air inside our homes.
- Keep things clean - Limit the amount of surfaces dust can settle on and vacuum and sweep regularly. Limiting allergens and dust will improve air quality.
- Invest in an air purification system - Comfort Control provides a number of products that will improve the quality of air inside your home. Contact us today to learn more!
On average you can expect to pay between $75 - $200 for an AC maintenance service. Experts advise that an AC tune-up is well worth the price as studies have shown that regular maintenance:
Will extend the lifespan of your unit
Helps the AC run more efficiently
Prevents future breakdowns

Great Folks
KAT - Dacula, GA 30019
We’ve been with Comfort Control since it was a 2-man shop, and we have always been extremely pleased with the service. This time, we had an issue with a new WiFi thermostat. Alex came out and took a look. It was a wiring issue, not the thermostat. Re-wiring can be a big job involving holes in the ceiling with some companies. Alex said, “Since we are re-wiring, why don’t I move the thermostat so we do not have to put the holes in the ceiling and walls?” It was a perfect solution and I would much rather patch the one little hole where the thermostat was, instead of putting new holes and having to patch them.
