Heating & Air Conditioning Service FAQs
Some ways you can keep the air in your Dacula house clean include:
- Ventilate regularly - Often our goal is to seal our homes up tight so that temperature controlled air cannot escape. Unfortunately that means contaminants and other undesirables are trapped inside as well. Open up your doors and windows often to air out your home.
- Avoid products with VOCs and fragrances - Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs) are found in paints and cleaners and fragrances are found in all sorts of products we use around the house. These items can increase the number of chemicals found in the air inside our homes.
- Keep things clean - Limit the amount of surfaces dust can settle on and vacuum and sweep regularly. Limiting allergens and dust will improve air quality.
- Invest in an air purification system - Comfort Control provides a number of products that will improve the quality of air inside your home. Contact us today to learn more!

Eric and his team did an amazing job! We had a new AC unit and furnace installed. They arrived right on time and explained what the plan was for the day. They first prepped the home with drop clothes in their entire path of travel from the front door to the attic access upstairs. The installation was professional and clean and the new system works great. At the end, they vacuumed up after themselves and walked me through the system. I would definitely recommend Comfort Control and Eric to others.
Terrific Service Again!

Garret was very polite and professional and explained everything clearly, concisely and honestly. He was not pushy at all as far as trying to sway us in one direction or another as far as choosing an option for a new AC unit.

Unit is operating normally at this time, but it is showing signs of wear due to age. Recommended replacing equipment at some point in near future.
Ran new thermostat wire to fix voltage issue going to outdoor unit. Found dirty blower assembly and static pressure across evaporator coil is higher than normal indicating a dirty evaporator coil. Recommended pulling and cleaning both evaporator coil and blower assembly. Outside unit found weak capacitor and burnt and pitted contactor, recommend replacing. Due to age and condition of system, I recommend replacing equipment. Main level, found unit from 2019. Recommended installing surge protector to both indoor and outdoor units as well as compressor assist kit to protect compressor. Both systems are operating at this time.
