Warranty in Covington. Arrived on site, found thermostat not operational. Went up to air handler and found system had power, reset the bord to re-establish connection with thermostat. Unit is now operating normally.

One system cooling maintenance in covington, arrived on site, changed filter and cleared drain line, checked electrical connections, amp draw, capacitance, cleaned outdoor coil and checked refrigerant pressures. Unit is operating normally at this time. Recommend installing surge protector to each piece of equipment to protect electrical systems and a uv purifier to improve indoor air quality and keep system clear of organic growth.
