No cool Buford. Completed diagnostic. Found evap coil frozen. Thawed coil. Pressures are low. System leaking r22 Freon that has been phased out of production. Leaking out of coil in garage. System has no water safety attached. Capacitors inside and out side are weak causing extra stress on motors. Control board is water damaged causing inducer motor for heating to turn on during cooling. Inducer motor close to burning out. Compressor running very hot and close to burning out as well. System is very old and needs to be replaced due to cost of repairs.

Installed nest thermostat for basement level provided by customer. Downstairs filter is a 20x20x4 filter. Downstairs Beckett tubing is brown and should be replaced to avoid clogs or cracking. Downstairs system only has one form of water safety. Downstairs zone board does not have a dedicated transformer like it is supposed to. Downstairs system does not have hard start kit ins
