I had to have a heat and air unit removed to replace a retaining wall. Three Comfort Control trucks arrived at 8:15 am and 5 guys disconnected and removed the unit so the new retaining was can be built. They will return and replace the unit when the wall is finished. Start to finish took 15 minutes.

Thermostat was set in installation setup, hard reset thermostat and system came on and began operating properly. Maintenance package would be most beneficial to help prevent issues like this from occurring in the future. 45/5 capacitor is within range, coil is clean.
Outdoor fan side capacitor had failed causing the outdoor fan to not run and not be able to remove heat from the home. Replaced and systems fan cut on properly, system is cooling with only a 16Â° split. Pressures are fair. (((UPSTAIRS SMALLER SYSTEM))). Hey
Double filtering, return filter in upstairs return was clogged causing restriction in airflow. After removing filter the pressures were good. TXV system, subcool at 10.5Â°, vapor saturation at 36Â°.
Customer just wants R-22 refrigerant added, cannot add refrigerant until leak is fixed.
Defrost control board not sending voltage to fan, board needs to be replaced for system to cool properly. Quoted $488 for board. Replaced defrost board.
Variable speed motor had failed will need to be replaced, quoted $1322. Will call part house on Monday to see availablity.

Outdoor coil was very dirty and causing restriction in the refrigerant, causing the head pressure to become very high and not cool the upstairs. Filter grill on upstairs unit was open and allowing attic heat to enter the unit causing excessive heat load. Fixed filter and coil issue and system is cooling with a 20Â° temperature split at this time. Rewired broken thermostat wire on outdoor units as well, wires were exposed to the elements and could potentially cause a short. Email invoice and receiptto email@example.com

No cool Buford. Found furnace blower and capacitor good. Coil is clean and no leaks detected. Outdoor unit has dead capacitor. Replaced capacitor. Pressures are good. System cooling at this time

Checked charge and system operation and all is normal. Changed filter and ducts need to be cleaned. Changed clogged condensate pump and homeowner has purchased a duct cleaning. Need to schedule. No cool Buford. Completed diagnostic. Found system low on 410. Found no leak in evap coil. Locking cap for outdoor unit was leaking 410. Had no o ring inside to seal it. Filled system. Replaced cap. System cooling at this time.

Pressures are good with 15 degree super heat and 18 degree temp difference. Explained all systems are going to struggle to get the house from 85 to 73 in 90+ degree weather.
