A/c diagnostic in Buford. Replaced indoor unit main board, Bluetooth control. System has a bad 12 inch zone damper and needs a coil sensor/Plenum sensor. Provided quote to the customer for those items. Customer wishes to speak with Jeff Schmitt before agreeing to any more costly repairs.

Maintenance Buford. Did a leak search on evaporator coil. Did not find any leaks. Blower wheel is clean. Changed filter. Drain line is clear. No cracks in heat exchanger. Outdoor capacitor is within range. Compressor is good. Pressures are within range. System is cooling/heating at this time.

A/c diagnostic in Buford, unit is located in the crawl space condenser unit is old R22. Tempstar horizontal left hand 75,000btu 3ton slab coil with a 12†transition with metal supply, low voltage wire from unit to condenser needs to be replaced. Load center is Cutler-Hammer (pics attached).

A/c diagnostic in Buford. 2 zones Unit located in the attic. System is cooling at this time, found zone 2 for the bedroom not operating properly and not opening. Found aluminum tape wedged in between the shaft not letting damper opening. Fixed problem, turned dampers OFF AND ON 3 times and they are now opening and closing at this time.

Also discovered organic growth inside indoor unit. Recommend installing ultraviolet light system to combat organic and viral growth in system and throughout the home.

Ac service in Buford. Discovered damaged low voltage wire at outdoor unit. Replaced section of wire and communicating voltage normal now. Cleared all fault codes. Spoke with Matt and system should be fixed now. System operation normal and is cooling.

A/c diagnostic in Buford. Unit is located in the garage, indoor unit is running but not the condenser, found bad secondary motor controller. Blower wheel is clean, evaporator coil is clean, drain line looks good, Filter needs to be changed. ( Don’t have filter size in stock at this time.) system is cooling at this time.

Not cooling. Found melted disconnect to the outdoor unit. Replaced disconnect under 10/10 warranty.
