No cool Bethlehem. Found outdoor unit tripped on low pressure. Reset system. Pressures are exactly where they are supposed to be. Possible faulty low pressure switch. If this happens again we need to replace the switch.

Maintenance Bethlehem. Completed maintenance on 5 year old system. Found blower slightly dirty. Filter is good. Cleared drain line. Air flow and temp difference is good. Cleaned out door unit. Pressures and electrical components are good. Indoor system missing back up water safety device. Outdoor unit would benefit from having hard start kit installed to assist compressor with start up and allow compressor to live longer. Also recommend electro static filter to better filter air and keep system and home cleaner longer.

Ac tune up in Bethlehem, Georgia. One system. Changed filter. Tested mechanical and electrical components. System only has one form of water safety. Recommend installing overflow protection switch in drain line to serve as a backup to primary water safety switch and to help prevent water overflow into return plenum and ductwork. Recommend installing surge protection to protect equipment from power surges. Recommend hard start kit to reduce load on compressor so it starts smoother, runs smoother and therefore lasts longer. System is cooling at this time.

Hvac maintenance in Bethlehem, Georgia. Three systems. Changed filters. Chemically washed condenser coils. Tested mechanical and electrical components. Found heavy amounts of mold in basement air handler, recommend pureairx air purifier to kill mold, bacteria, germs and viruses for improved air quality. Found basement blower capacitor to be weak (7.5mfd). Recommend repair. Found basement duct work under sized and one of the return ducts squished. Recommend up sizing one return to a 12â€, replacing the squished duct and adding an 8†and a 6†supply duct. Replaced basement blower capacitor and installed pureairx for basement system. Systems are cooling at this time.
