We are extremely happy with Comfort Control and especially VuTran who was a thorough and knowledgeable professional. We called a few technicians who could not figure out our HVAC problem as everything was working yet there was no air flow in the apartment. Vu Tran is such a seasoned expert that he was not only able to identify the problem but fix it. We are so happy with his service and expertise. Thank you Comfort Contral and Vu Tran!!

Great service, very pleasant service tech, Vu
MARIA - Atlanta, GA
All was fine and appreciate the thoroughness of the service. However, I do believe that every time someone comes out, there is always something different to fix that is dire. I know our system has some age on it but not sure if it necessary to keep adding parts that are not quite broken yet. I hear, “you have a little bit of mildew”, you need to add this $600 filter system and something else so it would cost you $1200. I probably could buy a new system or close to it for that. I really just need to know what needs to be replaced not all the “what if” scenarios. Again, service techs are great, polite and vigilant. Just wanted to give some constructive criticism to help.

We are with Comfort Control since 2012! That tell you everything, right?
THOMAS and Mayumi - Atlanta, GA
If we didn't find Comfort Control and Ta Kim didn't show up our house in 2012, we threw $4~5k away getting a new furnace for no reason. We were so impressed his performance to find out the problem. He is the real technician knowing what he's doing. We are so lucky to find the company who has technicians like Ta.

Outstanding, professional service

One system tune up in Atlanta. Arrived on site, found package unit on right side of house. Customer complaint of bedroom not heating up, found it is due to improperly run Y. Found many spots in ductwork where rodent had chewed through ductwork. Found weak capacitor for blower motor, as well as duel run capacitor. Blower assembly is dirty and should be pulled and cleane, cannot access evaporator coil due to design of unit. Upon finishing tasks, I plugged disconnect in and unit started operating, but burner started rolling out and started to catch inducer motor wiring on fire. Unit needs to be replaced due to age and condition of system. Unit is not operational at this time. Left disconnect off because of heavy rollout.
