Comfort Control has been servicing my HVAC for over 15 years and have generally done a good job. I love how they provide text alerts notifying you that the technician is in route and who it is. My only complaint is the constant up selling. They just installed a new HVAC system and now I’m being told the duct work needs to have new insulation wrap. I just had new insulation blown in 3 years ago by a different company and now I’m being told I should have more insulation blown in. When they installed my previous system 9 years ago after that it was one thing after another that they said I should have done to fix the things that were not done or done incorrectly. Despite these complaints I stick with them because of their prompt and overall good service.
